At its two Swiss production sites in the Emmental, PB Swiss Tools processes approximately 400 metric tons of special-purpose steel annually and manufactures about 13 million tools. At the end of 2025, PB Swiss Tools found itself facing an unexpected challenge. Following a security incident at its previous IT partner and the announcement that the partner would discontinue its services at the end of the year, the company had to set up a new and reliable operating platform within a few months.
