Your main tasks

• Operating, controlling, monitoring and maintaining customer infrastructures and the Oria Public & Private Cloud
• You offer our customers the best service in 1st and 2nd level support
  (remotely and, if necessary, on site at the customer's premises)
• Shift operation during office hours 07:00 - 19:00
• Independent and self-organized work in the service desk
• Actively support customers and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintenance of technical system documentation

Your strengths and knowledge

• Several years of professional experience in systems engineering, ideally in the areas of virtualization and storage
• Experience in technical leadership and a clear ambition to take on responsibility as a team leader
• In-depth knowledge of common hypervisor environments
• Experience in the operation and design of NetApp storage systems
• Proficiency in Veeam Backup & Replication (backup, restore, replication)
• Experience with Huawei storage or servers is a plus
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and security
• Experience in direct customer contact and on-site installations
• Knowledge of ticketing systems and monitoring tools
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and certification (e.g., NetApp, Veeam)
• Very good knowledge of German, good written and spoken English
• An independent, organized, and reliable work style, with a passion for teamwork
