Your main tasks

• Operating, controlling, monitoring and maintaining customer infrastructures and the Oria Public & Private Cloud
• You offer our customers the best service in 1st and 2nd level support
  (remotely and, if necessary, on site at the customer's premises)
• Shift operation during office hours 07:00 - 19:00
• Independent and self-organized work in the service desk
• Actively support customers and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintenance of technical system documentation

Your strengths and knowledge

• Experience in IT support, ideally at 1st and 2nd level (remote and on-site) and in dealing with ticket systems.
• Sound knowledge in the operation, control and monitoring of IT infrastructures (client, server, networks, virtualization, cloud solutions, M365).
• Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented way of working in order to recognize faults quickly and rectify them efficiently.
• High customer orientation, excellent communication skills and enjoy direct contact with customers.
• Independent, responsible and structured way of working - you keep a cool head even in hectic situations.
• Willingness to work in shifts during office hours (07.00 - 19.00).
• Ability to work in a team, initiative and the motivation to continuously develop yourself.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
