As a project manager, you will plan and manage IT integration projects for our customers in the areas of infrastructure, cloud services and data centers. In addition to your customer focus, you can also contribute your strong organizational and communication skills. In hectic situations, your analytical way of thinking and approach and your role as an active team player will help you to find solutions.

Your main tasks

• Overall responsibility for projects in terms of deadlines, costs and resources
• Project planning and coordination of the system engineers, who are organized in agile teams
• Ensure change management in personal union (in a team)
• Further development of the project and change management framework (processes & tools)
• Support for presales activities
• Cooperation with Solution Design and Service Management

These qualifications are particularly important to us

• Experience in migration and integration projects in the IT infrastructure and managed service sector including budget responsibility
• Higher technical college (HF) or university of applied sciences (FH) education an advantage
• Broad technical IT knowledge (virtualization, networks, storage, operating systems, cloud services)
• Negotiating skills as well as strong business management thinking and acting
• Practical experience in at least one project methodology, e.g. HERMES, PMP, PRINCE, IPMA with corresponding certification an advantage
• Knowledge of ITIL Service Management, ideally with ITIL Foundation certification
• Good to very good written and spoken English skills
