Your role

As a project manager, you will plan and lead IT integration projects for our clients in the areas of infrastructure, cloud services, and data centers. In this role, you’ll be able to leverage your strong organizational and communication skills, in addition to your customer-focused approach. In high-pressure situations, your analytical mindset and approach, along with your role as an active team player, will help you find solutions.

Your main tasks

• Overall responsibility for projects in terms of deadlines, costs and resources
• Project planning and coordination of the system engineers, who are organized in agile teams
• Ensure change management in personal union (in a team)
• Further development of the project and change management framework (processes & tools)
• Support for presales activities
• Cooperation with Solution Design and Service Management

Your strengths and knowledge

• Proven experience in migration and integration projects in the IT infrastructure and managed services sectors, including budget responsibility
• Practical experience with at least one project management methodology, such as HERMES, PMP, PRINCE, or IPMA, with the corresponding certification
• Higher Technical School (HF) or University of Applied Sciences (FH) degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics
• Broad technical IT knowledge (virtualization, networks, storage, operating systems, cloud services)
• Negotiating skills as well as strong business management thinking and acting
• Knowledge of ITIL Service Management, ideally with ITIL Foundation certification
• German as a native language and good to very good written and spoken English skills
