Your main tasks

• Establishing, maintaining and developing long-term customer relationships as a central point of contact for all IT service matters.
• Analysis of customer needs, advice on IT services and development of customized solutions in collaboration with internal departments.
• Sustainable acquisition of new customers.
• Coordination of faults and service requests.
• Close coordination and communication with customers and internal teams, including escalation management.
• Structured documentation in CRM and ITSM systems.

These qualifications are particularly important to us

• Several years of experience as an IT Account Manager, preferably in the cloud and managed services environment.
• Strong customer orientation, good interpersonal skills, sociability, strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Independent and autonomous way of working as well as analytical and results-oriented thinking and approach.
• Above-average commitment, persuasiveness and ability to deal with conflict.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
