As HR Team Leader, you will assume overall responsibility for the integrated HR organization of Sharp Electronics (Schweiz) AG and ITpoint Systems AG. You combine strategic management tasks with active involvement in day-to-day HR work and shape the sustainable development of culture, employees and organization.
Your main tasks
- Management and overall coordination of the HR team (Administration & Development)
- Development, implementation and continuous optimization of the HR strategy of both companies in line with the European HR guidelines of the Sharp Group
- Advising and coaching managers on all HR and change issues
- Ensuring a consistent employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, development, retention, offboarding)
- Design and implementation of programs for employer branding, talent management, training and cultural development
- Driving forward the digital transformation in HR, including the use of modern HR systems and people analytics
- Selection, management and evaluation of external HR partners (e.g. Hudson RPO, payroll providers, training partners)
- Representation of the HR department in both management boards and cooperation with the European HR organization
These qualifications are particularly important to us
- University degree in business administration, psychology, HR management or equivalent training
- Several years of experience in a senior HR function
- Sound knowledge of Swiss employment law, organizational development and change management
- Experience with people analytics, HR tech and modern HR systems (e.g. Abacus, Cezanne)
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking, assertiveness and high social competence
Your strengths and characteristics
Your technical knowledge is important, but your soft skills are even more important: strategic thinking, hands-on mentality, enjoyment of practical HR work, high service orientation and integration skills. You are a change leader who provides orientation even in complex situations and inspires people.
